Welcome to Macmillan English Campus 25!

Thank you for your order. Please find the access codes enclosed, including your institution manager access code.

Please see the access code prefixes below for your reference.

Student: MCS
Teacher: MCT

The Institution Manager access code also starts with the prefix MCT. One additional access code with the prefix MCT will be included in the file of student access codes you have received.

As the institution manager you can now register an account, create your institution and distribute the access codes to the users at your institution.

Please follow the steps below to get started. You can download a copy of these steps on our support site.

Create an institution manager account

Go to the Macmillan Education Everywhere (MEE) Platform to register your account and activate your access code. Select the Teacher/Administrator role from the drop-down list.

Create an institution

The first time you log into the platform you will be prompted to create your institution. Follow the onscreen steps to set up your institution.

Invite your users to join the institution and distribute the MEC 25 access codes to students and teachers

Once you have created your institution you need to contact the students and teachers at your institution and share the following information:

  1. The MEC 25 access code.
  2. You can invite the users to join your institution and create an account directly on the platform. Go to the Users area and select the option to invite individual users or invite users in bulk. Please note that you can invite up to 100 users in bulk via the CSV option.

Please see an example below which shows where you can invite your users to join the institution.

 

If you use this option, your users will receive a registration email asking them to register a MEE account. They can follow the onscreen instructions provided and then activate the MEC 25 access code you have shared with them.

Alternatively, you can share the institution joining code with the users and ask them to register their account directly on the MEE Platform.

*You can find the institution joining code in the Class setup area on the platform.

*Please note that this is an example, and this code should not be shared.

 

Once the users have registered their account and activated their access on the platform, they need to join your institution via the institution joining code in the Settings area of their account. They should also activate the MEC 25 access code directly on the platform.

Once all users have followed these steps the institution manager and teachers within the institution can then start to set up classes and create courses to assign to students.
